1. Processing Time

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns

You have 6 to 8 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted from your refund.
